Keith VanDerzee
CEO
Keith arrived at Camp Mason in 2015, having previously directed YMCA resident camps and outdoor centers throughout New Jersey for more than 20 years. Keith’s Grandfather started a camp when Keith was just a child so camping has been a lifelong adventure for him. To Keith, YMCA camp programs can change a life for the better and he puts everything he has into making sure that the camp experience is accessible for all, and can help all kids learn, grow and thrive. Keith lives in Blairstown with his wife, Brooke, and their two children, Jared and Aster who also love everything about camp!
Alison Fisk
COO
Alison is responsible for the day to day operations of the camp. Her experience as Executive Director of a YMCA camp in PA, along with her storied history at YMCA Camp Mason ensures that every camper and family that attends our camp programs will be treated to a first-class, rewarding camp experience. Alison is a name familiar to anyone associated with YMCA Camp Mason over the years! She is focused on keeping camp safe, full of fun and running smoothly as we welcome thousands of visitors each year.
Anna Bilton
Summer Camp Director
Anna keeps busy year round preparing an exciting program for campers, putting together a great staff team and working with families to get ready for the summer. Anna’s goal is to make every summer camp experience positive, help boost young people’s self esteem, help them build resilience and teach them to live well with others, all while having lots of fun! With over fifteen years of childhood & youth development experience, Anna is the heart and soul of the team that makes summer happen for so many children at Camp Mason!
Sara Davis
Outdoor Center Director
Sara is passionate about the outdoors, and is ready to share her enthusiasm and knowledge with all the schools and groups who visit Camp Mason! She plans school visits and other retreats to the Mason Outdoor Center. Sara has been with Camp Mason for a number of years, and is the perfect guide to Outdoor Learning and Adventure!
Jess DeQuattro
Summer Camp Activities Director
Jess works hard to plan and execute our exciting summer activities and events during camp. She spent years working in entertainment at Disney and knows just how to make our activities extra special each summer! Jess has a passion for Camp Mason, she has been an overnight/ranch camper, counselor, Village Leader, and a Senior Instructor for the Outdoor Center.
Shani Kately
Registrar
Shani is the friendly and knowledgeable voice you hear when you call us. You’ll find she knows the answers to almost every question about registering for our programs! Shani has been with us for more than a decade and loves nothing more than helping camper parents. Shani’s daughters have all attended Camp Mason so she knows exactly what parents need to know to prepare for camp.
Erin Carbone
Business Manager
Erin joined our administrative staff in September 2012. Erin is a whiz at bank reconciliations and all things financial and keeps our staff and vendors happy through her hard work and skills.
Fred Mamay
Facility Manager
Fred is experienced in all aspects of property maintenance and improvements. Fred and his team work tirelessly to maintain all of the buildings and infrastructure at camp. They do it all, from changing light bulbs to repairing roofs and so much more. We couldn’t do all the things we do without them!
