Year Round Programs

YMCA Camp Mason is situated on 650 acres of mountain woodlands, adjacent to the 70,000-acre Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area in northwestern New Jersey. Our property features miles of beautiful forest trails, streams, and lakes. There is never a shortage of things to do, and our facilities are designed to ensure a comfortable stay.

In operation since 1956, our Outdoor Center hosts about 8,000 people, in groups of 25-400, for outdoor education, conference, retreat, group-building, and family camp programs at our ACA accredited site from late August to mid June. If you'd like to bring your own staff or leaders to run your program, we'll provide meals, housing, and a beautiful location. Or, you can leave everything to our fully-trained staff. If you're a school administrator or teacher with a class or group of students who are looking for an Outdoor Education opportunity, learn more about this in our Schools section. If you are a group leader, scout leader, club leader, youth minister, YMCA leader, or conference organizer looking for a retreat location, visit our Groups & Conferences section for more information. Family Camp participants can find more information here. Click here for photos of all of our Outdoor Center visitors. And learn more about our special programs, like Women's Wellness Weekends and other events here.
