YMCA Camp Mason's summer resident camping program is planned, organized, and delivered by an enthusiastic group of college-aged young people who live and work together at camp during the summer. They're interviewed and hired by the summer camp director, Don Jennings, and spend 1-2 weeks training before the campers arrive. We're proud of our staff members, many of whom return for multiple summers. Others are campers who have graduated from our counselor-in-training program. All of them are dedicated, creative, professionals who work hard each summer to support Camp Mason's mission!
