YMCA Camp Mason's summer resident camping program is planned and
delivered by an enthusiastic group of college-age young people who live and
work at camp. They’re interviewed and hired by Associate Camp Director Jackson Patterson and Program Director Laura Finkle and spend 1-2 weeks training before the campers arrive. We're proud of our
staff members, many of whom return for multiple summers. Others are campers who
have graduated from our counselor-in-training
program. All of them are dedicated professionals who work hard to support Camp Mason's mission!
