Sample Menu

Breakfast Basics
Assorted cold cereals, milk, juice, coffee, tea, fruit, hot cereal (between November-March, unless requested).

Scrambled eggs, hash browns, corn bread/biscuits, bacon/corned beef hash/sausage.
Pancakes (plain and blueberry), warm maple syrup, bacon/corned beef hash/sausage, 2 fruit toppings.
French toast, warm maple syrup, bacon/corned beef hash/sausage, 2 fruit toppings.
Bagels, muffins, pastries, cream cheese, fruit, yogurt.
Waffles, warm maple syrup, bacon/corned beef hash/sausage, 2 fruit toppings.
Breakfast burritos (scrambled eggs, cheese, salsa, tortillas, sour cream, onions and peppers, etc).
Egg Muffin Sandwiches (scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese).

Lunch Basics
Salad bar (see salad bar items below) fruit juice, coffee, tea, peanut butter & jelly, bread, soup (between November-March, unless requested). Vegetarian options for all meat dishes.

Hamburgers, rolls, sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, fries (sweet potato or reg).
Hot dogs, rolls, sauerkraut, cheese sauce, baked beans, fries (sweet potato or reg).
Chicken patties, rolls, sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, fries (sweet potato or reg).
Pizza (plain, meat and vegetarian), antipasto salad.
Grilled cheese sandwiches (plain cheese and ham/cheese), tomato soup, fries (sweet potato or reg).
Sloppy joe's, rolls, chips or fries (sweet potato or reg).
Hoagie sandwiches with assorted deli meats, hummus, cheeses, coleslaw, corn chips.
Baked potato bar with toppings, cheese, chili, sour cream, bacon, chopped onion, etc.
Tacos, beef, rice, refried beans, lettuce, cheese, tomato, salsa, sour cream.
Pita pocket sandwiches, roast beef, pastrami, turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion, tortilla chips, salsa.
BLT sandwiches, soups, corn chips, salsa.

Salad Bar Includes: Tossed salad, assorted dressings, potato or egg salad, macaroni or other pasta salad, cole slaw, tuna or chicken salad, ham or turkey salad, other assorted mixed salads, fruit, peanut butter & jelly.

Dinner Basics
Salad bar (see above), peanut butter & jelly, fruit juice, coffee, tea, dessert. Vegetarian options for all meat dishes.

Roasted chicken, oven baked potato wedges, peas, gravy, rolls.
Roasted turkey, gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, fresh cooked baby carrots, rolls.
Spaghetti, meatballs, vegetarian tomato sauce, sausage and peppers, garlic bread or rolls, sauteed fresh vegetables.
Chicken parmesan, cheesy bread sticks, grilled vegetables.
Baked ziti, green beans, cooked carrots, italian bread.
BBQ Chicken, rice or mashed potatoes, vegetables.
Chicken fajitas, flour tortillas, salsa, sour cream, cheese, Spanish rice or refried beans, onions and peppers.
Asian sty fry (beef, chicken, vegetables) asian sauces, rice.
Philly Cheese steaks, (beef), cheese, pickles, tater tots, broccoli w/ cheese.
Meatball grinders, red sauce, grated mozzarella, broccoli au gratin.
Stuffed chicken breast (ham and broccoli), scalloped potatoes, antipasto salad.

Please note:

Menu selections must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your visit.
Hot chocolate available upon request. Specified vegetarian options are available. Please let us know your needs. Individual vegetarians are provided for by the salad bar.
