We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. Refund Policy:
Prorgam deposits are refundable for any reason until one month prior to your intended prgram, upon receipt of your written cancellation notice. After that no deposits are refunded for any reason. Total of fees must be paid prior to the program start date, or camp reserves the right to offer the opportunity to the next registration on the waiting list. Inside a month from the beginning of the camp program, fees may be refunded less the deposit only in the event of serious illness, hospitalization, or mandatory school attendance, any of which can be shown to prohibit rescheduling the camp prorgam to a later one. No refund is given if a person is dismissed from camp for disciplinary reasons. Your submittal of this registraion indicates acceptance of all rules and policies of Camp Ralph S. Mason.
