Dave arrived at Camp Mason in 2007, having previously directed YMCA resident camps in western Massachusetts and Vermont. A YMCA professional for almost 30 years, he brings a wealth of experience, proven leadership skills, and an authentic love of camping to his role at Mason.

Alison Fisk

As director of the Outdoor Center, Alison oversees the staff and programming for more than 8,000 visitors to Camp Mason throughout the year.

Don Jennings
Summer Camp Director

Don has been active in the fields of education and camping for more than 20 years. As a parent, musician, and Montessori teacher, he brings a fresh perspective on child-centered communities to his work at Camp Mason. Don has presented at national and regional conferences for the ACA, YMCA, 4H, and American Montessori Society. You can often find Don fishing at the lake!

Bernie Sulzer
Facilities Director

Bernie joined the full-time staff here at Camp Mason in 2009, and manages the entire camp facility, as well as the staff who maintain it. They're the reason the grass looks great, the hot water flows, and the roofs don't leak!

Laura joined the full-time staff in 2012, and oversees both programs and program staff for the Outdoor Center and Summer Camp.

Maryanne joined us in 2012, and manages the kitchen and dining hall staff here at camp. She and her staff are responsible for the delicious camp cooking you find here all year long!
