Dave arrived at Camp Mason in 2007, having previously directed YMCA resident camps in western Massachusetts and Vermont. A YMCA professional for almost 30 years, he brings a wealth of experience, proven leadership skills, and an authentic love of camping to his role at Mason.

Alison Fisk
Outdoor Center Director

As director of the Outdoor Center, Alison oversees the staff and programming for more than 8,000 visitors to Camp Mason throughout the year.

Bernie Sulzer
Facilities Director

Bernie rejoined the full-time staff here at Camp Mason in 2009, and manages the entire camp facility, as well as the staff who maintain it. They're the reason the grass looks great, the hot water flows, and the roofs don't leak!

Shani Kately

Shani is the first voice you hear when you call the camp, and knows the answers to almost every question about registering for all of our programs.

Laura Finkle

Laura joined the full-time staff in 2012, and oversees both programs and program staff for the Outdoor Center and Summer Camp.

Maryanne Ledder
Food Service Director

Maryanne joined us in 2012, and manages the kitchen and dining hall staff here at camp. She and her staff are responsible for the delicious camp cooking you find here all year long!

Jackson Patterson
Associate Summer Camp Director

Jackson joined Camp Mason in the winter of 2013 as part of the summer camp team. He’s been working at YMCA camps since 2005 in America and Australia and loves all things summer camp.

Erin Sipley
Business Manager/Administrative Assistant

Erin joined our administrative staff in September 2012. Her main responsibility is to provide Dave assistance in running the camp so he has time to go out and play.
